Kyrah's ABC's

Kyrah has been learning her ABC's but she hasn't quite got them all yet. See if you can figure out which 2 are her favorite letters. LOL!!!

Kyrah and the punch balloons!

Last night at Target Kyrah randomly grabbed a package of punch balloons off the shelf and HAD to have them even though she didn't have a clue what they were. When we got them home and blew them up I decided it was the greatest $3 I ever spent!

Catching up...

I really trying to get better at posting on here! I'm doing about as well as I'm doing at keeping my kitchen clean. :) But anyway.... Kyrah is now 18 months and I can't believe how fast she's grown up. This last week she has even started putting together 2 word sentences! It's crazy, but so much fun to hear her talking and a lot less frustrating when she can just tell me what she needs or wants instead of screaming at me till I figure it out! She has become quite the climber and her favorite place to be is sitting on the back of the couch that we have against our front window and watching everything going on outside.



This last weekend both of my brothers and my mom were here! It was awesome and Kyrah had a blast with so many people to play with and give her attention! My grandparents and a few of my cousins from out of state were also in town and we all got together on Friday for a pool party and on Sunday for a big family dinner. It was so much fun to see everyone! After dinner Sunday night Kyrah was playing in cousin Becky's backyard and fell walking into the play house and split her lip open. It didn't look so bad Sunday night, but when she woke up Monday morning it was super swollen and so sad looking!




While James was here, he really wanted to take Kyrah's pictures. He's a great photographer and I was super excited to have him take them! Even with a split lip and very little light left by the time we got to the place we wanted to take them, James got several REALLY great pictures! He's not done editing them all yet, but here is a little preview.



I'm sure he'll be posting more on his blog very soon!

I know I am really horrible at keeping this updated! I wanted to show you all a cute video of Kyrah swimming in the pool. She has no fear of the water at all! It's a little scary how unafraid she is. Kyrah hates it if you try and hold on to her, that is why she had the arm floaties and the swim trainer on!

Slide!

Kyrah loves the slides at the park! Yesterday for the first time, she went down without anybody holding on the her! She was so excited.
